Tavuk Fakültesi is a döner brand established in Istanbul in 2018. Our brand has attracted great interest from flavor enthusiasts since the first day it was established. During this period, we established our own döner workshop and put 9 branches into service in Istanbul. Since 2023, we have completed all our infrastructure and feasibility studies and started to give branches in Turkey and around the world.

As a local brand, what makes you stand out in competition with international brands both in the eyes of consumers and investors? Can you tell us about the factors that affect your preferability?

We prepare döneri, the indispensable taste of Turkish cuisine, by expertly blending and marinating it with fresh ingredients to offer consumers a good and quality dining experience. We always prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to provide the best service. We offer new flavor experiences with our different ürün gamut and constantly updated menus. As a company, we remain loyal to this mission and we continue to branch out by selecting our franchisees who can comply with this mission.

We support our franchisees to achieve these successes by managing the entire process, starting from project and architectural support to the completion of the construction and opening process. We include our business partner candidates who will join as franchisees in an intensive training program where they can improve their technical and operational competencies while the construction process continues. In this way, we ensure that they have the competence to respond quickly to any issue they may encounter after the branch is opened. Thanks to our automation systems with a fully digital infrastructure, we ensure that all operations are monitored, from product supply to marketplace sales management.

Can you tell us about your expansion strategy as a brand included in the franchise system? What are the target regions in line with your growth strategies, and what conditions should prospective investors in these regions meet in order to come under the Chicken Fakültesi çati:

Our company's growth strategy is based on a lot of data. The main one is location analysis. Basically, we interpret this analysis by combining current, reliable information (nearly 1000 statistical data such as population, age, gender, lifestyle, household income and expenditures, socio-economic status distribution) with map-based data and technology. At the same time, we give limited number of profitable franchises with all these data. The basic principle we follow in this regard is not to open a branch in every neighborhood, but to open new branches that do not affect the profitability of our existing branches. In this way, our branches rank among the top with their sales volumes by providing high customer satisfaction in all marketplace applications in their locations.
