As David People, we have a target of 20 new branches in the Marmara and Aegean Regions by 2023. We continue our negotiations with many companies abroad, especially in Europe and the Middle East. We plan to start our international plans very soon with our rental and franchise partners.

In 2010, we started our journey with the slogan "Pamper Yourself" and today we are developing and growing every day in order to provide you, our valued guests, with unique experiences at all hours of the day with our branches all over Turkey. Our branches, which are rapidly growing with our investors, host pleasant and warm meetings of our valued guests. Today, as we continue on our way with the belief that quality time comes from quality flavors and quality friendships, we design and develop our branches in this direction, where you can find the warmth of family in every branch.

How should the Franchise/Dealer candidate profile be suitable for your brand?
It is one of our indispensable priorities to know whether our Franchise candidate, whom we will bring to our brand, has been in this sector in the past, if he/she has been in this sector and if he/she has taken any Franchise, to know this story, to understand the knowledge of our candidate and his/her perspective on our brand. We create an investor CV for every candidate who applies to our brand.

david people franchiseYour brand, why should the franchise investor prefer you? Can you briefly explain what are the benefits of your brand? Chain branding and the continued growth of the coffee market as a sector is one of the biggest indicators of the benefits of this business model. We aim to increase the business dynamics of our branches and our turnover by keeping our market and marketing research up-to-date. With our related academic training program, we update the training levels of our branch employees and ensure that our brand provides the same service at every point. We bring our products prepared with the right R&D from our brand's own production facility to our guests in our franchise branches. We are proud to be among the few brands in Turkey that produce their own products.

How many branches do you have? How many of these branches belong to your brand and how many are franchises? We have 55 active branches and 3 of them are abroad, but all our branches are franchises.

How long is the term of your franchise agreement? The term of our contract is 5+5 years.

Do you build the branch on turnkey basis or can the franchisee do it himself?  What is your construction m2 cost?  Approximately how much of an investment bütçesi is required for turnkey delivery of fixtures and equipment?  After the 3D (Render) çalışması of our architectural team, the project is realized turnkey or by the Franchise in line with the offer given to our investor and followed by our architectural team. The minimum investment amount is 3rd0th000 TL.

10000TL+VAT is the fixed fee we charge from all our branches.

Do you charge an advertising participation fee?
Not accepted.

Do you provide location support? Do you charge a fee for this? Do you benefit from new generation applications and services for location determination? We use the feasibility scoring system only by our company in Türkiye’s Europe-based program.

We have 3 different dynamic concepts. However, with the decision we have taken as of 2022, we focus only on the David People Coffee (Coffeeshop) concept and we are opening and developing all our branches in line with this concept.

Aç branch to be opened should have a minimum of kaç staff in your opinion?
There should be a minimum of 5 personnel with a double shift system.

 

David People FranchiseDo you have a human resources pool? Do you work with a human resources partner? We have a human resources çözüm partner.

What kind of support br />? Training is provided on brand corporate-kültür, operating system, barista training, software and office programs, cost control and stock planning.

How is your system and software infrastructure? What kind of services do you offer to investors?
We use the ordering system and accounting program with our partner MİLKOM Software. We use an administratively sustainable system in which all mathematical data for the branch are calculated, data analysis is performed and archived.

Çdo you have a pain center?
We do not have a pain center. We support all our branches with our central operatörümüz, operation and sales team. All complaints made to us are answered and transferred to the authorized unit.

Do you have your procurement audited?
We inspect our supplies and franchise branches in line with the annual plan and carry out our R&D activities.

Social media management, brand marketing and PR çour social media and designer friends manage our social media and PR activities centrally.
