As "Schnitzel Landmann", we wanted everyone to taste this historical flavor of Austria, the homeland of Schnitzel. We opened our first branch in 2004 in Vienna-Landstraßehauptstrasse.
The feedback has given us great encouragement to open other branches.
In 2016, our adventure in Turkey began. We registered our brand and opened our first branch in Turkey in 2017 on Halitağa Street in Kadıköy.
We continue to grow rapidly with new branches on the Anatolian and European sides of Istanbul. We support this growth with new recipes and menus.
ÜRÜNÜMÜZÜN HIKÂYES
In Italy, when physicians of the period advised noble families that gold dust as fine as a speck of dust was beneficial for human health, the nobility of the city began to sprinkle real gold dust on the meat they cooked. When the use of this method, which was believed to be good for human health, increased the tension between the lower and upper income groups in society, this food, which was eaten only by the nobility, was banned in Italy in the 16th century.
