We do not put our candidates under the obligation of a rigid concept. It is often sufficient to use our logo, images and colors in the interior of the branch. Except for teachers, the number of teachers will increase accordingly as the number of students increases. One manager, two sales consultants, one training consultant and one cleaning and monthly service personnel are enough for 5 personnel.
We have a human resources pool only for Istanbul and we have our own HR department.
We provide course management and profitability increase trainings to managers, sales trainings to sales personnel, sales trainings, software trainings, trainings to teachers about our education system.
How is your system and software infrastructure? What kind of services do you offer to investors?
We provide student tracking software called Edu Time. Thanks to this software, we can keep all the educational and correspondence information of the student and make registration procedures.
In addition, we can receive all business reports (for example, how much I will receive next month, what are my overdue debts, what are my foreign currency training debts, etc.), and we can also keep the accounting of the branch.
