Founded in Antakya nearly 30 years ago in a small 45-square-meter shop, KEBO has emerged as a rapidly growing restaurant brand across Turkey. With 32 locations at the start of 2025, the brand expanded its network to 70 locations across 25 cities through investments and new franchise agreements throughout the year.
Drawing inspiration from Antakya’s rich culinary culture, KEBO has evolved from a local culinary destination into a restaurant chain expanding on a national scale. The brand continues to connect with consumers across Turkey through its unique recipes, special sauces, and high-quality standards.
The franchise model is at the heart of KEBO’s growth strategy. The brand management places great importance on maintaining its corporate identity and service quality while growing rapidly. Accordingly, the goal is to partner with entrepreneurs who embrace the brand’s values and are capable of establishing long-term business partnerships.
Çiğdem Kıral: “We carry our brand born in Antakya’to Turkey’
KEBO Deputy Chairwoman Çiğdem Kıral shared the following insights regarding the brand’s growth journey:
“Our brand’s story began nearly 30 years ago in a small shop in Antakya. Reaching 70 branches across 25 cities in Turkey is a great source of pride for us. Born in Antakya, KEBO aims to bring its commitment to quality and our culinary culture to every corner of Turkey as it grows. We have recently seen significant interest in our brand from investors. We will continue to grow in the coming period with investors who align with our brand values.”
One of the key factors making KEBO attractive to investors is its robust product and operational infrastructure. The brand stands out in the poultry market with its policy of offering 100% natural and additive-free products. The use of spices unique to Antakya, fresh bread baked in wood-fired ovens, and special sauces highlight the brand’s distinctive flavor.
Fast Operations, High Productivity
At KEBO, which offers an investor-friendly model in its operational processes, products are ready to serve in just 3–4 minutes. Thanks to a near-zero waste rate and a fast production model, high efficiency is achieved at branches.
KEBO’s production capacity is also a key component of the brand’s growth strategy. While the brand develops all its proprietary sauces at its own production facility, chicken products are produced at Gedik Piliç’s integrated facilities using KEBO’s formulations. In line with increasing demand, the brand aims to achieve full independence in its production and supply chain with a new integrated production facility to be established in Ankara in the first quarter of 2026.

A Robust Profitability Model for Investors
The KEBO franchise model, which offers strong revenue potential for investors, stands out with net profit margins ranging from 25% to 35%. Additionally, franchise partners are provided with comprehensive support packages covering architectural design, site selection, training, advertising, and operational management.
Located on high-traffic main streets and in shopping malls, KEBO branches offer the potential for a quick return on investment with a concept that appeals to a broad customer base.
KEBO Franchise Applications Continue
KEBO, which continues to grow with 70 branches across Turkey, is inviting franchise investors to join its family in new cities as part of its sustainable growth strategy. With strong brand recognition, a proven business model, and head office support, KEBO offers entrepreneurs a secure and profitable investment opportunity.
