In fact, we are not limited to this, we conduct building hygiene inspections in hotels, schools, gyms, beauty centers, places of worship. When it comes to people's food consumption and hygiene, I can say that our field is quite wide.

Hello, 
I studied in Karabük’until my university education and then I finished my Bölümümünü degree in Food Mühendisisiği Bölümümünü at Samsun 19 Mayıs Üniversity and came to Istanbul in 2010.

Let me tell you about it.
When I started my business life, when I entered the sector and learned the system, what I always wanted to do was to work in the field of quality and food safety.  In a short time, I achieved my goal and started to work as an auditor in the field of quality, food safety and hygiene. In this process, while conducting inspections in all areas of the food sector from production to retail, I gained experience in areas such as hotels, schools, gyms, places of worship, hairdressers and beauty centers within the scope of hygiene inspection.

Then the pandemic, which we all feared, happened. This incident proved to me once again the importance of inspections (as you know, the Corona Virus is thought to be transmitted from bats to humans, this is a lack of food safety);  and it made me want to do my job myself, which I believe in.

At the beginning of 2021, when I was exchanging ideas about leaving the company I was used to and establishing my own company, I received an offer to work together from a büyüğüm, who I can call a doyen in quality and audit issues that I used to work with in 2015-2016.
As A Grade, we are growing every day with our ever-increasing faith and our growing team.

-       I'm more interested in this work than I thought I would be,   I'm especially intrigued by the bat orb example,   can you tell me more about it?  

With satisfaction, getting used to food safety and quality means ensuring that the risks that may occur in all production stages of food from its source (from the field or slaughterhouse) are kept under control (audited) and reduced to the final product and delivered to the consumer in a healthy way. 

The selection of quality raw materials, the creation of the production area, the selection of machinery and equipment, storage and preservation, logistics, sales and after-sales processes, and even the management of the personnel involved in these processes are within the scope of quality. Food safety rules and quality parameters of the system should be determined and audited continuously. A single mistake related to these units can lead to major incidents such as food poisoning, destruction of food or damage to the company's brand image.  

Assuming that the pandemic is caused by the Bat çorba, although we don't know exactly what it is, these events could have been avoided if the Wuhan Animal Market had a food safety management system in place and effectively inspected. 

-    And do you inspect such places?

In fact, yes and no. We can also inspect, but public areas are usually inspected by public food engineers or auditors. We conduct inspections in the private sector, and in the public sector, we are able to purchase services in the form of service procurement.

-    I think I'm starting to understand. I'd like to go into some detail. In which areas does the private sector need you?       What are your contributions to the franchise market in particular?

As I mentioned earlier, we actually exist in all sectors where there are people.

I would like to talk about a very important branch of our business, the franchise market. Franchise is of great importance for brands. As you know, the USA was the first country to implement the franchise system, and Turkey recognized the franchise market with the hamburger brand, a US food company. It is thanks to monitoring their systems through audits that these and similar brands are able to reach even the world's most powerful cities, continue their commercial life for many years, and ensure customer satisfaction. 

I think I can explain it better with an example, let's say you open a chicken restaurant.   First of all, you have us audit your supply. In this way, you identify your suppliers from whom you can get quality and continuous raw materials. You distinguish between safe procurement and risky procurement. Then your brand grows and you start to give dealerships. In the agreements you will make with your dealers, you should keep your right to continuous audit for your brand security. By having your dealers audited by us in certain periods, you can check whether or not they are receiving ürün from contracted suppliers, whether or not they are üründing the ürüns according to the reçethics determined by you, food safety and hygiene practices, food safety and hygiene practices;You add value to your brand by determining your trustworthy dealers among the dealers by following all the details, from their hygiene and hygiene practices, the way they approach customers, to turnover tracking if necessary.


-    This is an excellent system. You are actually the gözüsüsüsüsü of the companies in the field. In addition, not only in the food sector, but also in different sectors, he can work with you as he wishes. Right?

Similarly, I liken our method of working to that of bees. Like bees, they go to the field for inspections and go to the center with information. Bees collect pollen, we collect information. Our honey is also from brands that are growing and expanding. 😊😊 

Yes, we can get used to many sectors. Canteens in schools, classrooms, child dormitories in kindergartens, playgrounds, towels in hairdressers, cutting tools, and even the inspections of places of worship, which I have just told you are interesting to you and which I call my personal responsibility project, are within our scope.
