HuQQabaz, which operates as part of Q Food & Beverage—a subsidiary of the Atasay Group—aims to increase the number of countries in which it operates to 15 and the total number of branches to 40 over the next three years through its franchise model.

Founded in Istanbul in 2016, the brand now operates a total of 33 branches across nine countries, including Turkey. With 18 branches in Turkey, HuQQabaz continues to expand in the international market through its operations in Oman, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Azerbaijan, Iraq and Egypt.

With its concept that combines cuisine, service, ambience and the social experience, HuQQabaz appeals to a wide customer base at different times of the day. The brand offers high visitor potential with its service model, which runs from breakfast through to late at night.

According to the company’s statement, HuQQabaz welcomes over 8 million guests a year. In a survey conducted by Barem Research, the brand’s customer satisfaction was measured at 94.7 per cent, whilst its Net Promoter Score stood at 76. 94.3 per cent of respondents rated the brand as ‘premium’, whilst the repeat visit rate was recorded at 89.5 per cent.

Operational standards, training and consistent service quality are key elements of the franchise growth strategy. Through the HuQQabaz Academy, teams set to work in new branches are trained in line with the brand’s standards. Kitchen operations, service processes, hygiene practices and the guest experience are managed in accordance with specific standards.
