International Success Story from Redstone: Now a World Brand with 155 Franchise Offices in 11 Countries
In this exclusive interview with Evrim Kırmızıtaş, Chairman of the Board of Directors of REDSTONE Holding A.Ş., which draws attention with its innovative approaches and rapid growth strategies in the real estate sector, we talked about the company's local and international successes, franchising conditions and future goals. Evrim Kırmızıtaş, who plays a pioneering role in the sector with her female leadership, shared REDSTONE's digitalization steps, new market expansions and end-2024 targets with us. What is the total number of branches (domestic + international)=total.
REDSTONE Global Franchising and Real Estate Services Inc., a subsidiary of REDSTONE Holding A.S.’, my brand, which I established in August of the year, has reached 155 franchise office branches in 11 countries in a short period of 2.5 years. While I am growing with fast, solid and confident steps, this growth shows that my company is successfully expanding both locally and internationally. Being the first female leader in the sector and being a role model is very valuable for me.
In which countries are you present abroad?
There are 83 offices in Turkey, America (1 office), Amsterdam (1 office), England (Master Franchise 1 head office, 15 Franchise offices), Azerbaijan (1 office), Poland (Master Franchise 1 head office, 3 Franchise offices), Kazakhstan (Master Franchise 1 head office, 40 Franchise offices), K.K.T.C. (2 offices), Austria (1 office), Iraq (Master Franchise, also 2 head offices), Dubai (2 offices), Greece (1 office)
What are your franchising terms (naming right fee, entrance fee, architectural design and location)
REDSTONE Brand naming right period is 5 years.
Franchise Fee:
Istanbul & Ankara & Izmir 400th0th- TL + VAT
REDSTONE Other cities where our franchise office is located 300th0th- TL + VAT
Provinces where we do not have a REDSTONE Franchise Office 250th0th- TL + VAT
Each franchisee designs their own office design according to their own comfort zone. Our primary criteria in this regard is the protection of our brand standards and the correct use of our logo and colors. Attention is paid to the size of the office to be at least 100 m2, to have a guest reception area and meeting rooms.
They prefer the offices whose location is more convenient and on the street with high signage value. Our sign must be hung outside and at the entrance of the offices.
What is your monthly advertising and royalty fee?
The royalty fee requested by the company is 7% + VAT of the total turnover (excluding VAT) for one month.
Technology (Crm) cost is 3rd000 TL + VAT ‘per month.
What additional branches do you aim to open by the end of 2024?
We aim to reach 200 offices by the end of 2024. But even more importantly, we plan to reach 300 offices by the end of 2025. For this purpose, we organize our franchise seminars in different provinces of Turkey every month and we receive great interest. We continue our program in Antalya, Ankara, Bursa, Istanbul, Izmir, Izmir, Gaziantep, Kocaeli, Samsun, Diyarbakır and other provinces respectively.
Our digitalization efforts are impressive. We optimize our business processes using CRM software and we organize sponsored advertising campaigns on digital social media. We are also trying to reach more customers with Google Adwords advertising.
We are also the Main Sponsor of REDSTONE, ‘’ Franchising & Branded Dealership Fair for 5 years. Will you be my dealer this year? The fair will be held on October 17-18-19-20, 2024 at Yenikapı Eurasia Gösteri& Art Center. As in the previous 3 years, we will attract a great deal of attention in our 4th year and we will be welcoming all the guests who are interested in the sector this year.
Do you have or will you have different project areas for the company?
We will soon open 40 branches in Kazakhstan. We are working hard to take part in the Kazakhstan market as well. We will move forward with a different name in that market. We got the copyrights. We have a target of 1000 office branches globally.
Will there be other markets targeted?
In this period, we are making negotiations for business partnerships for projects in the countries that attract the most interest. Our headquarters companies have been established in Greece and Dubai markets and we will start sales in these markets soon.
What is the turnover target for 2024?
To pronounce it numerically may vary depending on the flow of the sector. But our expectation is that it will be at least 2 times the turnover made last year.
