Çengelköy Börekçisi As an Istanbul Classic, we are one of the oldest companies in the börek sector with our experience of nearly forty years.
In addition to our rich börek çequals, classical products such as arm böreği, kürt böreği, çengelköy Böreği and çengelköy Lokumu, which are made with 100% olive oil  whole wheat, our own name öWe also have Çengelköy Böreği and Çengelköy Lokum and classic börek çequals,  baklava and yeasted ürün. 

Ürün çequals  are not limited only to börek. Our baklava and kadayif production is also realized as assertive and boutique production. Pistachio, walnut çequals and cold baklava çequals, which have become very popular recently, are also sent to all our branches as our own production.

We  Türkiye’s first TSE Halal Certified Börekçisi, halal certification and hygiene standards are our greatest sensitivity in all our raw material inputs. 

Despite the impact of the pandemic conditions, we tried to be minimally affected with our branches. We partially succeeded in this process. During this period, we made significant progress in our packaged products that appeal to market  and overseas customers. We have created new channels that will reach our customers more easily by making agreements with some markets and on-line sales sites. In 2022, our primary goals include equalizing these channels, increasing our branches with new business partners and exporting.
