TAB Gıda applies to CMB for public offering

TAB Gıda, one of the leading quick service restaurant chain operators in Turkey, which has been operating in the quick service restaurant sector for nearly 30 years, has applied to the Capital Markets Board (CMB) for the approval of the prospectus for the public offering. TAB Gıda authorized Ata Yatırım Menkul Kıymetler A.Ş., İş Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. and Yapı Kredi Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. for the public offering. In the prospectus published by the Company, it was announced that the nominal value of the Group B shares planned to be offered to the public through capital increase and shareholder sales is 46th483rd400th-TL and the ratio of these shares to the Company's issued capital after the public offering will be 18.5 percent.

TAB Gıda was founded on July 29, 1994. The company started its activities in the quick service sector in 1995 when it acquired the main franchise rights of Burger King ® ’ and brought it to Turkey. In 2006, the company added the Sbarro® brand to its portfolio and introduced the rich flavors of Italian cuisine to Turkish consumers. In 2007, Popeyes® brand introduced chicken dishes to its customers. In 2010, it acquired the main franchise rights of Arby’s® brand and continued to add new and diverse flavors to the HSR sector. TAB Gıda created its own brand Usta Dönerci® in 2013 and Usta Pideci® in 2019, adding unique flavors to the Turkish cuisine to its portfolio. Most recently, Subway, the restaurant chain with the largest number of branches worldwide, was added to TAB Gıda brands in 2022.
