I founded RECTRA’for 3 years, and before that, I was the Academy Director of PERYÖN’’’’’üfor 5 years. In the past, I have more than 20 years of working life experience in Boyner Holding for 7 years, Rumeli Holding and Motorola companies.
For the last 3 years, I have been teaching at Bahçeşehir Üniversity as a lecturer and I have been coming together with graduate students in Organizational Development and Change and Recruitment courses. I have been a corporate trainer and human resources süreç consultant for 1O years.

I am a member of the Advisory Board of Bahçeşehir Üniversity Undergraduateüstü Education Institute üsü Advisory Board.
