Dr. Zafer Kılı ç is a member of the Board of Directors of York & Chapel, where he focuses on research, growth strategies, marketing transformation and digitalization of global brands. With its approach that brings together business and academia, it works with company owners, CEOs, investors and senior management teams to help companies develop sustainable growth models that adapt to changing marketing conditions.

Consulting in many different sectors on marketing strategy, digital transformation and internationalization, Dr. Kılı is also active in the academic field and publishes research in the field of marketing. Kılı holds bachelor's and master's degrees in international trade and logistics, and received her PhD in marketing from Kadir Has University.

With its studies on franchise systems, brand growth and data-driven marketing models, it develops strategic approaches that aim to ensure that brands are not only visible, but also to build sustainable business systems that can be added.
