How did the story of Dorrek | Dorse Reklam’s begin?
In 2017, I started a digital marketplace project. At that time, it was selected as one of the best 100 start-ups by the Ministry of Economy. While researching advertising channels for the promotion of the project, I realized that the costs were too high. I started looking for alternative advertising models. During my road trip, I saw the trailer of a truck and perceived it as a billboard. I believed that if I put the project's advertisement on the trailers, it would provide awareness in a wide geographical area as they are used in urban, intercity and international markets. I spent a lot of time talking to truckers and researching legal issues. I created infrastructure and prepared everything I needed to dress the trailers with advertisements. But the software side of my Marketplace Project was not working as I wanted. At this point, I took a decision. I established Dorrek | Dorse advertising company to offer truck trailers, which I believe will have a great advertising effect for my own project, to the service of advertisers and to provide cost benefits to truck owners.

Can you briefly tell us about your services?
Advertisers send us the cities, regions or countries where they want their advertisements to be seen. We take the trailers of the trucks in our portfolio, which are intensively used to the routes requested by our customer. The design is being prepared, we do the printing and cladding process. We make sure that the colors of the trucks we choose are compatible with the corporate colors of the company. Dressing operation günü We attach a GPS device to the truck. We make a special panel for the company. They can monitor the vehicles where their advertisements are located from devices that can connect to the internet such as cell phones and laptops. They can access mileage, location and past activity reports. The advertising period is a fixed 1 year. This means 4 seasons and the trucks are always on the road. Keeping them clean for more time is a very important issue in terms of görüntüleasing. Every month we have the trucks washed completely. so not only the trailer. and we send washing videos to the advertisers. In case of deformation that may occur during the advertising period, we repair the tarpaulin free of charge or renew the tarpaulin according to the size of the deformation. We offer 50,000 km travel warranty within 12 months advertising period. In case the km’km remains below, the contract period is automatically extended until 50th000 km. When we look at GPS data, they travel an average of 100,000 km in 1 year. We fulfill the legal procedure. We process the advertisement to the vehicle license through Tüvtürk and notaries. The advertising company does not interfere in anything. Dorrek organizes, operates and follows up the process. We made over 100 truck trailer advertisements with 19 companies. We have companies that continue their second and third years. Our satisfaction rate is 80%, which means that 8 out of every 10 companies continue for the second year.

Are there any examples in the world?
When I wanted to patent the business model after establishing Dorrek, I learned that it is an advertising model that has been used effectively in America as "truck advertising" especially since 2005. We can also see examples of it in Europe. While on this subject, I would like to give the following information; Dorrek is the company that provides this service in the widest geographical area in the world. I can characterize it as an opportunity offered by the advantage of Turkey's location in terms of logistics.

What do you do on the business development side?
Dorse Advertising Some of the companies we work with have transportation needs. Since the truck is perceived as their own, we meet with our trucker friend and company officials and enable them to do transportation works with the same truck. We are planning to offer special discounts to the trucks in Dorrek's portfolio by contacting fuel, tire, insurance companies in the future.We have 54 branches and all of them are franchises.

What are your goals abroad?
We plan to open offices in Azerbaijan, Germany and Russia. We want a company in Germany to know that they can advertise on truck trailers in Russia. We want all the countries we cover to be aware of our presence and services. In line with this goal, we plan to start the investment round in 2023.
