Pizza Taxi Continues to Grow with Franchise! - "Flavor is in His Dough"

Hello, I am İlhan Kibar; My initiative to establish the brand "Pizza Taxi" started with dreams. In 1990, in the last year of the Faculty of Food Mühengineering, I started my pizza career in the kitchen of an international brand and went through almost every aspect of different brands in the sector, from cash register to kitchen, from management to founder. 

This time I realized that there was no pizza delivery brand coming out of Turkey. We could have done it; we could have established the first pizza delivery network in Turkey. It was 2010 when we were able to create the ground for realizing this dream that I had dreamed for years with the encouragement of my beloved wife. Our first takeaway restaurant is our Adana Kenan Evren branch. 

We have designed our system for takeaway service in line with our target. We offer restaurant and take-away services along with takeaway service in our branches. In a short period of time, our brand attracted a lot of attention in terms of brand name, corporate identity visuals, production / ürürün quality, flavors suitable for the Turkish palate, service concept and positive feedback motivated us to decide to expand.  With our decision to expand, in 2013, we stepped into partnership with my friend Serdar Erdağ, a food engineer. Serdar Erdağ has been working in supply chain, investments and quality in an international company for 23 years. 

Our branding and institutionalization process accelerated with the participation of my dear friend as my partner. Finally, as of January 2015, we started to give dealerships. We continue to develop and develop branding and corporate identity with my friend and companion Serdar Erdağ.  

We, two food engineer companions, see our dealers who join us on our flavor journey as our business partners. With the pride of being a family that grows together, we aim for maximum satisfaction of our dealers, customers and employees.

Bayim Olur musun Franchising and Branded Dealership Expo will be held between October 27-30, 2022 at Yenikapi - Eurasia Gösteri and Art Center.  As Pizza Taxi, we also took our place.
